What is Piixel and how does it work?
Piixel is a full-service website design and development agency that serves new and growing businesses.
After we build your website, we work with you to continually update and improve your website so that it grows along side your business. We do this by giving you unlimited website content update & design requests.
Why do you charge per month for a website instead of a flat amount?
In our long history of designing websites for clients, we've found that once we hand off a website it ends up getting neglected which eventually leads to expensive redesigns.
So we decided that it's better to form partnerships with our clients, providing continual 24/7 support, making sure that everything is always up-to-date and running smoothly which saves our clients money.
How quickly will I get my website?
This number really depends on what your needs are. Some websites can be completed within a week or two while other more complex applications can take a few months. The best way to get an answer that is specific to you is to book a free call with us and after a quick chat we can give you a proper estimate.
How many revisions do I get?
Unlimited. When you work with Piixel we become partners. We will always be here to revise your website until you are 100% happy.
How often will you update my website content?
As often as you can send us new content. When you work with Piixel we become partners and we will work hard to make sure your business has the greatest chance of success.
How do I submit content updates to you?
We work with Asana which provides a simple way for us to communicate back and forth with each other. You can submit as many requests as you want and we will handle them one at time.
Do you give refunds?
Because of the nature of the work we do we do not offer refunds. If for whatever reason you are unhappy with our service please do let us know and we'll do whatever we can to make it right.
You are free to cancel your subscription at any time and you can keep the website that we've built for you.
How does your process work?
Once you purchase one of our plans we get to work right away. We begin by creating your Asana project and sending you an email with all the details. From there you will be prompted to select a meeting time where we can have an initial meeting to get to know each other and for us to get to know your business and how we can best serve you.
What is the difference between each plan?
Each plan is gear towards forward thinking businesses that want to create memorable experiences for their audience. Experiences that leave a lasting impression on audiences' hearts and minds. Pro plan are for medium sized websites with some custom functionality while Enterprise plans are for larger websites with more complex features and frequent publication schedules.
